People keep saying that the appreciation of an art form is subjective. Some people may have similar views on one particular painting but not everyone has the same exact interpretation of a particular work of art. It strips all the rules of nature such as parallelism must be observed in creating a masterpiece. Appreciation for contemporary art is an acquired taste. Not everyone seems to have a positive opinion on this genre.
